Return and Refund Policy

At Thrive Animal Behaviour and Wellbeing we  we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within [30] days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
  
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Services that have already been performed.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at thriveabw@outlook.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your item.
• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

2. Refunds

• Processing Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7-10] business days.
• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 3. Exchanges

4. Cancellations

If the order has already been processed, you may need to wait until you receive the item and then initiate a return.
